Photos Of 13-inch MacBook Pro With Retina Display Leaked on Google

Apple will be announcing the new iPad Mini in just a few hours, and they are also expected to launch a new?13 inch MacBook Pro?with a?Retina Display.?This new?13-inch MacBook Pro?with a?Retina Display?is said to pick?up?the thinner and lighter.

9to5Mac has estimated that the basic version of this 13-inch device could cost around $1,699, while upgraded versions with more memory and storage options could cost up to $2,000.

Apple had launched the 15-inch MacBook Pro with the Retina Display earlier this year, and while the product was well received, the world wished for the same technology in a smaller package as well. This Retina Display technology is the same that features in the third-generation iPad screen, and the 15-inch MacBook Pro comes with a price tag of $2,199.

We also know from the heavier/thicker third-generation iPad that driving the LEDs behind a Retina display takes a lot more power and therefore battery than a regular display.

Those batteries wouldn?t just need to power a discrete video processor and a display. They also can power a much beefier CPU. The highest-power CPU you can put in an Air is currently the BTO?2.0GHz?dual-core?Intel Core i7. It is really no contest when compared to the?2.7GHz?quad-core?Intel Core i7 high-end option for the MacBook Pros. That processor also requires a bigger?heat-sink?and fans with outlets on the bottom of the machine.

MacBook Pros also can offer twice the RAM (16GB) as Airs, which is also a differentiator and does take up some motherboard space.

We don?t have any other details on the 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina Display at the moment; expect more news as we close in on the?event on October 23rd!
